Our Service is offered on a subscription basis, with charges applied monthly or yearly. Subscriptions continue and are automatically charged unless canceled by the user. 8.1 Refund Policy

We provide full refunds if you use less than 20% of a monthly subscription or 10% of an annual subscription. Otherwise, partial refunds may be provided at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for

• Unused portions of a subscription
• Refunds requested after 30 days from the purchase date
• Refunds requested for a subscription that has been renewed
